Dustin - Operations Manager, Business Development, Sailboat Captain
Meet Dustin, our Operations Manager and Business Development Lead who steers Tilemason with the skill and precision of an experienced sailboat captain. At the helm of our technological and strategic endeavors, he navigates the often choppy waters of website development and marketing with a steady hand. Much like plotting a course in open waters, he charts the path for Tilemason's marketing and technological growth, always ready to adjust the sails to catch the optimal wind.

Yandi - Executive Administrator, Creative Director, Cat Wrangler
Meet Yandi, the ultimate cat lover, gardener, and novice historic renovator. When she's not skillfully managing Tilemason's executive tasks, she's often found in her century-old Ybor bungalow, lovingly restoring it to its former glory — all under the watchful eyes of her feline companions. Her days are a blend of tending to her native garden, volunteering at the Ybor City Museum Society, and reviving the vintage charm of her bungalow, ensuring every nook tells a story as rich as our tiles. With a cat on her lap and history in her hands, she brings the same care and dedication to Tilemason, nurturing our legacy and sharing it beautifully one Instagram post at a time.
